<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for washing and sterilizing hands and fingers and its apparatus, and a system for washing and sterilizing hands and fingers which use alkaline water and acidic water generated by electrolysis, can cleanly wash hands and fingers with the alkaline water and wash and sterilize them with the acidic water, and prevent the acidic water from staying in a trap part of a water pipe by neutralizing the acidic water with electrolytic water having the opposite property, generated at the same time, or neutralizing the acidic water by surely discharging the alkaline water when using the generated waters each stored in a tank. <；P>；SOLUTION: When hands and fingers are washed with electrolytic water generated in an electrolytic water generator 1, hands and fingers are first washed with alkaline water generated in a cathode chamber 3B, then sterilized with acidic water generated in an anode chamber 3A, and the electrolytic waters each having the opposite property, generated at the same time are discharged to the same sink.
