FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment used in traumatology and orthopedics with using external osteosynthesis apparatuses. Apparatus for osteosynthesis comprises a bone fragments movement assembly, a unit for rigid fixation of an apparatus for bone osteosynthesis, an electric drive, a unit for controlling an osteosynthesis apparatus, and a power supply. System for measuring coordinates of bone fragments and spokes of apparatus consists of inductive sensors of position of bone fragments and spokes, generator of alternating electromagnetic field and measuring unit, which are arranged on the movable ring of the unit for bone fragments movement. Electric drive is made in the form of electric cylinders with built-in electric motor control units. Each inductive sensor for determining the position of spokes of the movable ring is rigidly fixed on the corresponding spoke. Each inductive sensor for determining the position of bone fragments is rigidly attached to the bone. All said inductive sensors are electrically connected to the measuring unit. Generator is connected electrically to the power supply source and inductively to each inductive sensor to determine the position of the spokes of the movable ring and the position of the bone fragments.
