Methods of treating focal segmental glomerulosclerosis are provided herein, and the method comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of a CCR2 antagonist to a subject in need of treatment of the local segmental glomerulosclerosis. In some embodiments, CCR2 antagonists are used as monotherapy. In some embodiments, CCR2 antagonists are used in combination therapy.
