PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for pretreatment for hair coloring, which is capable of improving the hair dyeing effect during hair coloring, while reducing damage to the hair.SOLUTION: The composition for pretreatment for hair coloring is characterized by containing a polyoxyethylene oleylether phosphate and an acetylated hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof and by having a pH of 7.5 to 10. As the polyoxyethylene oleylether phosphate, the one represented by formula is preferable.
