The article has a proximal portion (2) to be in abutment against the perineum opposite a portion of the urethra of a man. Two distal portions (30, 31) are interconnected by the proximal portion, where the distal portions are in the form of elongate legs bearing against the inside of a portion of thighs of the man. The legs are elastically deformable to increase the support of the proximal portion against the perineum and the pressure (F) on the urethra when the legs are moved towards each other under the effect of mutual approach of the thighs.L'invention a pour objet un article (1), destiné à contrôler l'éjaculation d'un homme, comportant : - une portion proximale (2), adaptée pour être en appui contre le périnée en regard d'une partie de l'urètre d'un homme, - deux portions distales (30, 31) reliées entre elles par la portion proximale, les deux portions distales étant sous forme de branches allongées, adaptées pour être en appui contre l'intérieur d'au moins une partie des cuisses de l'homme, les branches allongées étant élastiquement déformables en flexion pour augmenter l'effort d'appui de la portion proximale contre le périnée, et par là la pression exercée sur l'urètre, lorsqu'elles sont rapprochées mutuellement l'une de l'autre sous l'effet du rapprochement mutuel des cuisses de l'homme.
