PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide actually effective treatment methods for Alzheimer's disease dementia that may become causal treatment but not symptomatic treatment, and to provide therapeutic substances thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a substance that overexpresses microtubule related binding protein 1B gene in nerve cells in the brain to improve symptoms such as Alzheimer's disease dementia.
