Disclosed is a regeneration membrane applicable to tissue repair engineering. The regeneration membrane comprises: a first porous layer and a second porous layer that are adjacent to and bonded to each other. A plurality of pores formed and distributed on the first porous layer and the second porous layer communicate with outside environment. The pore size of the first porous layer is greater than the pore size of the second porous layer. The regeneration membrane is characterized by unsymmetrical inflow and outflow permeability and is a regeneration membrane of high unidirectional permeability.
