PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic measurement apparatus, an ultrasonic imaging apparatus, etc. capable of removing a harmonic component of a transmission wave input in an ultrasonic transducer element and suppressing transient response of the transmission wave.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic measurement apparatus 100 includes: a pulse signal output circuit 110 for outputting a pulse signal of a rectangular wave based on a clock signal and a resonance circuit 120 connected to an output node of the pulse signal output circuit 110, and that includes an ultrasonic transducer element and has frequency characteristics of a low-pass filter.
