The present invention relates to novel bacterial strains which can be used in biological control against mosquito larvae ( Iekashoku ) . Proteins from Bacillus sphaericus new genus isolates of the invention can be used as a larvicide , a step of the protein at the stage to isolate for obtaining a product is removed . By means of the present invention , were investigated for mosquitoes biological control of three bacterial strains (MIB5,6,7) is effective in both contaminated water and fresh water .本発明は、蚊の幼虫(家蚊属)に対する生物学的コントロールにおいて使用することができる新規細菌株に関する。本発明の新規バチルス・スファエリクス属単離物から得られるタンパク質は幼虫駆除剤として使用され、産物を得る段階でタンパク質を単離する工程が除去される。本発明の手段により、蚊の生物学的コントロールについて調査された3つの細菌株(MIB5、6、7)は、汚染された水および新鮮な水の両方において有効である。
