PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional automatic control circuit system device in which the loop back of the circuit of forward and return paths is straight forward and not smooth in the process of converting an operation of an actuator into a circuit, and also a fixed plate is small due to a compact system and a noise is generated in a complicated flux field of a search object, and thereby malfunction is often caused.SOLUTION: A control circuit system device is constructed as follows: the stretching movement of a moving base equipped in a portion of an actuator is associated therewith, when oil and fat are injected in meat a selector switch is installed in the vicinity of a turn round point of the actuator, an origin return point, a boundary point between a first area and a second area, a boundary point between a third area and a fourth area, in a forward path circuit and a return path circuit, at a fixed plate fixed in a body and disposed of a switch, a sensor, a selector switch and a portion of the circuit between a moving substrate and itself the forward path circuit and the return path circuit are switched by the sensor, and the sensor and the circuit are also switched a conventional circuit is turned off by catching a signal of a detection object of the side switched to a new sensor and circuit, and the circuit is changed automatically and intermittently and thereby the oil and fat injection and the food transfer in a belt conveyor are performed automatically and intermittently.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】アクチュエータの動作を回路に変換する工程において往路と帰路の回路の折り返しが直線的でスムーズにゆかなかった。又、コンパクトなシムのため固定板が小さく検索物体の込み入った磁束界でノイズを発生し、そのため誤作動を起こすことが多かった。【解決手段】食肉に油脂注入擦る際、アクチュエータの一部に具備された移動基盤の伸縮運動に伴い、本体に固定され、移動基板との間にスイッチ、センサ、切り替えスイッチ、回路の一部を配置された固定板で往路回路と復路回路にアクチュエータの折り返し点、原点復帰点、第1エリアと第2エリアの境界点、第3エリアと第4エリアの境界点の近傍に切り替えスイッチを設置してセンサで、往路回路、復路回路を切り替えし、センサ、回路も切り替え新しいセンサ、回路に切り替えたられた方の検出物体の信号をキャッチして従前の回路はOFFにし、回路変更を自動的、且つ、間欠的に油脂注入とベルトコンベアで食品を移送する自動、且つ、間欠的に行う
