The method involves transmitting a photon radiation of nanometric frequency by using laser diodes and LED diodes of a photonic transmitter module (11), and modulating transmission of the photon radiation by a radio frequency cutting and by a low frequency cutting. The photonic transmitter module is connected to a direct current source (AL) by a transistor (TR) e.g. FET, where a cutting circuit (14) having a low frequency oscillator (12) and a radio frequency oscillator (13) controls the transistor. An independent claim is also included for an irradiation device comprising a photonic transmitter module.
