PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation mat that enables miniaturization of an oscillation mechanism and is easily moved and arranged.SOLUTION: An oscillation mat 11 includes: a mat body 12 where a user M lies down an oscillation part 13 for reciprocatively moving the mat body 12 and a mat cover 14 for enclosing the mat body 12 and the oscillation part 13.
