PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for plant cultivation capable of simply cultivating land plants.SOLUTION: The tool for plant cultivation comprises: a first container hydrogel housed in the first container, or a water retaining body composed of hydrogel and aqueous solution a second container having a passage part through which root of a plant placed on the water retaining body can pass and hydrogel housed in the second container, or a plant support body composed of hydrogel and open cell foams.
