PURPOSE: A rotary multi-hanger device and a rooting chamber system including thereof are provided to secure the optimum state of environmental factors including the temperature, the humidity, the wind, and the light for growing rooted seedlings. CONSTITUTION: A rotary multi-hanger device comprises the following: a motor(20) attached to a supporting frame(10) a pair of chains(30) rotated by the driving force of the motor plural sprockets(40) attached to the supporting frame for guiding the rotation of the chains a supporting bar(50) connecting the chains by being fixed to the chains a hanger(60) including a hanging unit for hanging the hanger to the supporting bar, and a mounting unit for locating a grafting seedling plate and a disk hanging unit including guiding grooves.본 발명은 회전식 다단 행거 장치 및 이를 구비한 활착 챔버 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 서로 다른 품종의 어린 줄기를 절단한 후 서로 어긋나게 붙여서 살려내는 과정인 활착 과정에서, 다수개의 회전식 다단 행거 장치를 챔버 내에 설치하여 최적의 온도, 습도, 일광, 풍속을 제공할 수 있는 활착 챔버 시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른, 활착 챔버내에 설치되는 회전식 다단 행거 장치는, 지지프레임(10), 상기 지지프레임에 부착된 모터(20), 상기 모터의 구동력에 의해서 회전하며 양쪽으로 한 쌍의 이루는 체인(30), 상기 지지프레임에 부착되어 상기 각각의 체인의 회전을 가이드하는 다수개의 스프로킷(40), 양단의 체인을 서로 연결하며, 체인에 일정간격으로 다수개 고정 부착되어 체인이 회전함에 따라 함께 회전하는 다수개의 지지바(50), 및 상기 지지바에 걸수 있는 걸이부(62)와 접목 묘목판을 안치할 수 있는 안치부(64)가 형성된 행거(60)를 포함한다.
