The lower surface of the collar portion abuts the upper surface of the container opening to form a substantial sealing engagement between the outlet member and the container. Either the lower surface of the collar portion or the upper surface of the container opening has at least one vent, and when the pressure is applied to the outlet member, the vent member is a controlled entry of air into the container.
