PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of generation of noises and increase of power consumption caused by measuring operation and communication operation in a biological information measuring device for two-way communication.SOLUTION: The biological information measuring device forms a communication link for the two-way communication by mutual authentication between the device and an outside terminal, and transmits/receives data via the communication link. In the two-way communication, after forming the communication link for the two-way communication, the communication link is temporarily released during the measurement operation, and the temporarily released communication link is re-formed after termination of the measurement operation. When the biological information measuring device executes the measurement, the communication is stopped and only the measurement is executed.
