PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external composition for skin having excellent wrinkle prevention effect, dry prevention effect, and ultraviolet ray protection effect, as compared with conventional cosmetics or the like.SOLUTION: An external composition for skin according to this invention comprises Artemia Salina extract, apple fruit cultured cell extract, and Rhododendron ferrugineum leaf cultured cell extract.
