A purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel kinase inhibitor and the likes, and to provide a treating agent of diseases using the above inhibitor and a screening method for drug discovery and the likes. The following compound represented by formula (I) or salt thereof comprises LATS (especially LATS2) which is a key kinase of Hippo signal transduction pathway, and can inhibit multiple kinase or can treat diseases or tissue lesions accompanying with cell proliferation deficiency. Therefore, the present invention is useful in the study field of cell functions or disease related with such as Hippo signal transduction pathway.
