The present invention relates to a novel use of a pyrimidine derivative comprising an LRRK kinase inhibitor as an effective ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition, provided according to one aspect of the present invention, for prevention or treatment of at least one selected from pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, and lung cancer exhibits an excellent therapeutic effect on cancer in vitro and in vivo and, as such, can be advantageously used as a therapeutic agent for pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, and lung cancer.La présente invention concerne une nouvelle utilisation d'un dérivé de pyrimidine comprenant un inhibiteur de kinase LRRK en tant que principe actif. Une composition pharmaceutique, obtenue selon un aspect de la présente invention, pour la prévention ou le traitement d'au moins l'un choisi parmi le cancer du pancréas, le cancer du sein et le cancer du poumon présente un excellent effet thérapeutique sur le cancer in vitro et in vivo et, en tant que telle, peut être avantageusement utilisée en tant qu'agent thérapeutique pour le cancer du pancréas, le cancer du sein et le cancer du poumon.LRRK 키나아제 저해제를 유효성분으로 함유하는 피리미딘 유도체의 신규 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 측면에서 제공되는 췌장암, 유방암 및 폐암으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 암의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물은 in vitro, in vivo에서 우수한 암 치료효과를 나타내므로, 췌장암, 유방암 및 폐암 치료제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
