PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call availability estimation system that can accurately grasp whether or not it is a good situation of calling a healthcare worker of a call request partner as much as possible.SOLUTION: A call availability estimation system includes: an availability information storage unit 16 previously storing call availability information in association with two or more positions in facilities a positional information memory unit 15 for acquiring positional information of a healthcare worker detected by a tag reader 6, and storing the information in association with a healthcare worker ID at any time an availability information acquisition unit 13 for acquiring a position where a call request partner is present from the positional information memory unit 15 when the operation of selecting the healthcare worker of the call request partner is performed in a mobile terminal 10, and acquiring the call availability information corresponding to the position acquired from the availability information storage unit 16 and a display control unit 103 for making a display unit 105 of the mobile terminal 10 display the call availability information acquired.
