To provide a covering that has no possibility of slippage while wearing it, that can obtain high dropsy protection effect, and that allows bathing while wearing it.SOLUTION: The covering 1 is formed in a cylindrical shape with a diameter smaller than a part of a human body that wears it, by using an elastic and waterproof material. The elasticity is a degree for impressing a prescribed pressure when the covering is worn on a part of the human body. It has an opening on both ends for inserting a part of the human body, with a waterproof part provided in the opening on both ends. The waterproof part is desirably a projected line part formed in the peripheral direction on the inner peripheral surface of the opening.
