The present invention relates to an endoscope system comprising: an endoscope device, a needle-free injection device and a freezing device. In the endoscope system of the present invention, the endoscope device includes an optical element for acquiring an image a lighting element disposed on aside of the optical element and at least one operating holes disposed on aside of the optical element. The needle-free injection device includes an injection supply element for storing an injection a compression element connected to the injection supply element, wherein the compression element pressurize the injection to form a high-speed jet flow and an injection delivery pipe inserted into the operating holes, wherein a first nozzle is disposed on one end thereof, the other end of the injection delivery pipe is connected to the injection supply element. Besides, the freezing device includes a freezing source delivery pipe, and a freezing source supply element, wherein one end of the freezing source delivery pipe is assembled with a second nozzle.
