The present invention relates to a medium composition for induced differentiation stem cell reverse differentiation comprising an extract of Ecklonia cava. The present invention also relates to a method for differentiating induced universal stem cells produced using the medium composition into adipocytes. If the medium composition according to the present invention is used, induced universal stem cells can be efficiently produced using mesenchymal stem cells, and the produced universal stem cells can be differentiated into adipocytes.
