FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely - to vascular surgery and may be used for surgical treatment of patients with infrarenal aortic aneurysms. The surgical release of aneurysmal neck shall be performed. It shall be transsected by two grips that would sqeeze aneurysmal neck in two places. Common iliac arteries shall be tied. Then the distal aortic end shall be stitched by implying a wrapping suture, using endurable prolene fibre and a non-traumatic needle. Alongside with that the aneurysmal sac shall be emptied from the thrombotic masses at the distal aortic end immediately after prolene fibre tightening. Then the aneurismal volume shall be decreased Ѕ and over going by its initial volume. Производят мобилизацию шейки аневризмы аорты. Пересекают ее между двумя зажимами, пережимающими шейку аневризмы в ее дистальной части. Перевязывают общие подвздошные артерии. Затем осуществляют ушивание периферического конца аорты обвивным швом прочной проленовой нитью на атравматической игле. При этом непосредственно перед затягиванием проленовой нити на периферическом конце аорты опорожняют аневризматический мешок от тромботических масс. Затем объем аневризмы уменьшают на 1/2 и более от начального ее объема. Причем ушивают аневризму матрацным и обвивным швами прочной проленовой нитью на атравматической игле.
