The present invention generally relates to taking geometricomorphological measurements on a subject. It is more particularly a method for measuring the position of a remarkable point of the subject's eye. The method includes among others the steps of capturing images according to different relative postures (APIV1, APIV2, (01, X1, Y1, Z1), (02, X2, Y2, Z2)) of a subject, identification of reference points of the eye ((RCGI, RCDI), (RCG2, RCD2)) and calculation of the remarkable point (CROD, CROG) according to the captured images. The values of the posture parameters (APIV) are obtained by means of a registration element (60, 70, 80, 700, 800) having at least one known geometric feature disposed on the subject's head. Each captured image contains a representation of this registration element (60, 70, 80, 700, 800). The. The posture parameter is thus calculated according to the images and the known geometric characteristic.La présente invention concerne de manière générale Ia prise de mesures géométricomorphologiques sur un sujet. Elle vise plus particulièrement un procède de mesure de Ia position d'un point remarquable de l'oeil du sujet. Le procédé comporte entre autres les étapes de captures d' images selon différentes postures relatives (APIVl,APIV2, (01,Xl,Yl, Zl ), (02,X2, Y2, Z2) ) d'un sujet, d'identification de points de référence de l'oeil ((RCGI,RCDI), (RCG2,RCD2)) et de calcul du point remarquable (CROD, CROG) en fonction des images capturées. Les valeurs des paramètre de posture (APIV) sont obtenues grâce à un éiément de repérage (60, 70, 80, 700, 800) ayant au moins une caractéristique géométrique connue disposé sur Ia, tête du sujet. Chaque image capturée contient une représentation de cet élément de repérage(60, 70, 80, 700, 800). Le. paramétre de posture est ainsi calculé en fonction des images et de Ia caractéristique géométrique connue.
