PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly and biodegradable vegetative mat is provided to prevent the separation of plant roots during the initial natural disaster. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly and biodegradable vegetative mat comprises the following: a nonwoven fabric layer(110) including plural passage holes(111) on the front surface； a seed layer(120) including seeds for greening, laminated on the upper side of the nonwoven fabric layer； a coir cotton mat layer(130) covering the upper side of the seed layer for preventing the separation of soil； a first biodegradable net layer(140a) covering and compressing the upper side of the coir cotton mat layer for reinforcing； and a fertilizer layer(200) containing 20wt% of animal powder, 30wt% of yellow soil, 20wt% of seashell powder, 10wt% of sawdust, 10wt% of starch, and 10wt% of water.본 발명은 도로의 사면녹화를 위한 자연친화적인 식생매트에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 도로 또는 하천의 경사면, 법면, 성토부, 절토부의 시공 후 식생기반을 형성하기 위하여 설치되는 식생매트로 식물의 식생 후에는 안정된 수분 및 영양분의 공급이 가능함으로써 식물의 안정된 생육이 가능하도록 하고, 그에 따라서 양호하게 자연환경을 복원할 수 있도록 하며, 그에 따라서 양호하게 자연환경을 복원할 수 있도록 하며, 토사의 유출과 침식을 방지함과 동시에 종자의 발아와 성장을 도모하고 식생매트 전체가 자연분해되며, 분해된 영분의 유출을 장기간 지속되도록 하여 오랜기간 동안에 걸쳐 식물의 성장을 촉진시킬 수 있는 사면녹화를 위한 자연친화적인 식생매트에 관한 것이다.
