A through-wall or bulkhead adaptor fitting for mounting through the wall of an animal feeding container for feeding animals through teats, includes a first section 11 threaded via a hole in the wall of the feeder onto a second &ldquonut&rdquo section 12 within the container to sandwich and seal to the wall and provide a passage for milk or liquid feed from within the feeder container to a teat screwed into the thread 15 provided in the first section 11. At least the second section 12 is provided with a sharp annular ring projecting from the face that engages the wall of the feeder so that as the fitting is tightened on the wall the sharp edge bites into the wall of the feeder around the hole to seal the fitting against the wall.
