The invention provides a nano composite material including hydrolyzed collagen and tannin. Tannin aqueous solution is added in the aqueous solution of the hydrolyzed collagen so that the hydrolyzed collagen and tannin are self-assembled to form the nano composite material. The molecular weight of the hydrolyzed collagen is within the range from 800 to 2000. The molecular weight of tannin is within the range from 500 to 3000. The nano composite material has an average particle diameter range from 100 to 500 nm and is capable of penetrating the skin to enter human body while having antioxidation and heavy metal cleaning functions.
