PURPOSE: An oral formulaion containing telmisartan is provided to ensure formulation stability and to improve release profile. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains insoluble drugs or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and water insoluble diluent. The insoluble drug is telmisartan. The pharmaceutical composition additionally contains alkylating agent and stabilizing agent. The alkylating agent is inorganic or organic. The stabilizing agent is cellulose derivative-based stabilizer such as hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxymethyl cellulose, or hydroxyethyl cellulose.본 발명은 난용성 약물, 특히 텔미사르탄을 함유하는 경구 제형 및 이의 제조를 위한 약제학적 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 난용성 약물 경구 제제는 기존의 제제에 비해 산업적 제조가 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 인습에 대해서 안정적이며, 보다 개선된 용출 프로파일을 나타낸다.
