The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating non-alcoholic hepatosteatosis (NASH) targeting sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor 4 (S1PR4). More specifically, the present invention relates to a health functional food composition and a pharmaceutical composition containing a sphingolipid compound effective in preventing or treating NASH by acting as a functional inhibitor against S1PR4.
