Provided in the present invention is N1-cyclic amine-N5-substituted biguanide derivatives denoted by of chemical formula 1, a preparation method thereof, and a use thereof for manufacturing medicines for curing or preventing cancer. According to the prevent invention, a smaller dosage of the N1-cyclic amine-N5-substituted biguanide derivatives denoted by the chemical formula 1 is more effective than existing medicines in restraining proliferation, transfer, and recurrence of cancer cells and can be used for curing cancer by greatly decreasing blood sugar and lipid.본 발명은 하기 화학식 1의 신규 N1-고리아민-N5-치환된 바이구아나이드 유도체, 이의 제조 방법 및 암의 예방 또는 치료용 의약의 제조를 위한 이의 용도를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 화학식 1의 N1-고리아민-N5-치환된 바이구아나이드 유도체는 기존 약물에 비해 적은 복용량으로도 우수한 암 세포 증식 억제 및 암 전이와 재발 억제 효과를 나타내며, 우수한 혈당 강하 작용과 지질 저하 작용을 나타내어 암의 치료를 위해 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.[화학식 1]
