Provided herein is a multipurpose, contactless applicator having a reservoir. The applicator includes at least one reservoir, a first film, at least one second film entirely contained within the reservoir, and a pad. The sheath forms an interior volume of the at least one reservoir, the sheath has an opening at the proximal end of the at least one reservoir, and the boundaries of the aperture form the perimeter of the reservoir. In addition, the first film is fixedly attached to the circumference of the sheath, and the first film has at least one fragile opening in the circumference of the reservoir. In addition, the at least one second film divides the internal volume of the reservoir, thereby producing a plurality of discrete volumes within the internal volume of the reservoir.
