PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon catheter for duodenal papilla extension facilitating positioning of a balloon and a papillary portion and preventing the position of the balloon from easily deviating from the papillary portion during papilla extension.SOLUTION: The balloon catheter for duodenal papilla extension includes a catheter tube (20), and a balloon (30) connected to a distal end of the catheter tube and being inflatable by fluid supplied via the catheter tube. The balloon includes a first marker (34) and a second marker (36) that project in an outward compared with adjacent portions on an outer surface and formed on the outer surface along the circumferential direction of the balloon.
