PURPOSE: A motor controller of a plastic greenhouse side window opening-closing apparatus is provided to remarkably reduce the failure rate of a transformer, and to improve the efficiency of the transformer. CONSTITUTION: A relay switch (20) is connected to a power input side of a transformer (1). A motor driving unit (21) supplies plus or minus voltage outputted from a bridge diode (2) to a DC motor (3). A control panel (22) includes buttons to manually manipulating the DC motor. A controller (23) turns on the relay switch by the operation condition for supplying powder to the transformer, and controls the motor driving unit for forward-operating the DC motor. A temperature sensor (24) detects the internal temperature of a plastic greenhouse. The controller turns on the relay switch when the internal temperature of the greenhouse is higher than the reference temperature, when the current time detected by a timer (25) has reached the preset operation time, and when rain is detected by a rainfall sensor (26).
