Disclosed are multispecific, eg, bispecific antibody molecules comprising a kappa light chain polypeptide and one lambda light chain polypeptide, as well as methods of making and using multispecific antibody molecules. This application uses a kappa light chain polypeptide and a lambda light chain polypeptide, at least in part in the context of a multispecific antibody molecule, eg, a bispecific IgG molecule, with a light chain shuffle. This is based on the unexpected finding that it can be prevented. This is based in part on the observation that the kappa light chain does not pair with the heavy chain from the lambda antibody, and vice versa.
