PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone screw that has an improved strength while simultaneously exhibiting a certain degree of flexibility and capability of dynamic motion.SOLUTION: A bone screw is provided, comprising longitudinal core members (10, 10') having a longitudinal axis (L) defining a longitudinal direction and having a surface, in which helical grooves (15, 150, 15') are provided in at least a portion of the surface； and helical thread bodies (20, 20') that are separate parts and that are provided in the grooves (15, 150, 15'). The grooves (15, 150, 15') have a first width (wg), and the thread bodies (20, 20') have a second width (wt). The first width (wg) is larger than the second width (wt) such that the thread bodies (20, 20') can slide in the grooves (15, 150, 15') in the longitudinal direction.【課題】強度が向上し、同時にある程度の可撓性および動的に動く能力を示す骨ねじを提供する。【解決手段】骨ねじであって、長手方向を規定する長手方向軸（Ｌ）を有し、かつ表面を有する長手方向のコア部材（１０，１０′）を含み、表面の少なくとも一部に螺旋状の溝（１５，１５０，１５′）が設けられ、骨ねじはさらに、別個の部品であり、溝（１５，１５０，１５′）に設けられる螺旋状のねじ山本体（２０，２０′）を含み、溝（１５，１５０，１５′）は第１の幅（ｗｇ）を有し、ねじ山本体（２０，２０′）は第２の幅（ｗｔ）を有し、ねじ山本体（２０，２０′）が長手方向において溝（１５，１５０，１５′）の内部を摺動することができるように、第１の幅（ｗｇ）は第２の幅（ｗｔ）よりも大きい骨ねじを提供する。【選択図】図１
