The foam for cosmetic composition storage has a hardness of 10-60 based on an ASKER hardness tester type F, a cell size of 30-1000 um and the pore number of 65-130 (ppi) per 1 inch of the foam. The foam for adjusting the discharge of cosmetic compositions has a hardness of 65-110 based on an ASKER hardness tester type F, a cell size of 1100-2500 um and the pore number of 10-60 (ppi) per 1 inch of the foam.
