According to one disclosed embodiment, the device is capable of preventing generation of offset between a rotation shaft of a high joint of a user and a rotation shaft of a walking assistance device. According to an embodiment, a walking assistance device comprises: a waist fixing device fixated on the waist of the user； a rail unit extended in upper and lower directions； a connection guide installed on the waist fixing device, and installed with the rail unit on one side； and a hip joint equipped for sliding along the rail unit. The connection guide is equipped for sliding in the extended direction of the waist fixing device, and rotating around the center of the rotation shaft extended in upper and lower directions.개시된 일 실시예에 의하면, 사용자의 고관절 회전축과 보행보조장치의 회전축 간에 오프셋이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 일 실시예에 따른 보행보조장치는, 사용자의 허리에 고정되는 허리고정장치, 상하 방향으로 연장되는 레일부, 상기 허리고정장치에 장착되고, 일측에 상기 레일부가 장착되는 연결가이드 및 상기 레일부를 따라 슬라이딩 가능하게 구비되는 둔부관절을 포함하고, 상기 연결가이드는, 상기 허리고정장치의 연장방향으로 슬라이딩가능하고, 상하 방향으로 연장되는 회전축을 중심으로 회전가능하게 구비된다.
