The present invention relates to a method of asexually propagating Schisandra chinensis by using Kadsura coccinea rootstock. According to the present invention, Schisandra chinensis seeds and Kadsura coccinea seeds are sowed together and germinated 15 days after the sowing by maintaining a temperature at 25 °C and humidity at 80%. Between Day 7 and Day 30 after the germination, Schisandra chinensis is greenwood-grafted to Kadsura coccinea rootstock. Kadsura coccinea seeds, once sowed, are grown for one to two years, and when the stems reach between 30cm to 2m 50cm, they are cut according to a height at which a plant support is installed, and Schisandra chinensis is grafted thereto. Because Schisandra chinensis and Kadsura coccinea are easily grafted and cut, when Schisandra chinensis is cultivated by being air-grafted at the upper end of a branch of Kadsura coccinea, the cultivation time can be reduced by one year.
