The present invention relates to a belt-driven type massage machine (41) for an active exercise therapy. More particularly, the massage machine is characterized by the followings: a support leg (2) is attached at the constant height of a lower part of a main frame (1), and a shock-absorbing leg (201) has a cushion spring therein, and is installed at a lower end of each support leg. A headrest (3) having a hole (301) bored on an upper part of the main frame, a chest supporter (4) in a cushion shape, and an abdomen supporter (5) and a lower body part supporter (6) which have the same shape as the chest supporter are disposed in parallel with each other, and the chest supporter (4) and the abdomen supporter (5) having protrusions (4&prime)(5&prime) formed at a left/right side in the central part, thereby inserting the protrusions into a support hole (101) at both sides of a frame body. A backward and forward end are installed and stacked one another on an upper end shock-absorbing part (131) of an elevating mechanism (13) which is mounted to an upright guide tube (103) which is fixated to a crossed object (1&prime) of the frame body. A contact roller (132) is attached at an end of the elevating mechanism to intentionally raise such that the chest supporter, the abdomen supporter, and the lower body part supporter can move up and down, thereby performing the active exercise. A lower part of frame (30) is integrally formed on a lower part of the main frame, and the belt-driven type massage machine (40) is installed on an upper part of the lower part of frame (30). Thus, the aberrant arrangement of vertebra is corrected by giving a stimulation to a human vertebra at high speed and low strength which are a little over a range of joint movement, and the body energy can be smoothly flowed by releasing a body part where the nerve is pressed.
