Discloses a liquid pharmaceutical composition comprising follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) or a variant thereof, and both benzalkonium chloride and benzyl alcohol as preservatives. The composition may further comprise an antioxidant (e.g. methionine), surfactants (e.g. polysorbate) or tonicity modifier (e.g. sugar or alcohol). Further discloses the use of the composition for the manufacture of a medicament for treatment of conditions associated with deficient FSH production.
