PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine registration device and a program that are capable of reducing workloads.SOLUTION: A medicine registration device includes reading means, registration means, generation means, and printing control means. The reading means reads identification information for identifying used medicines. The registration means registers, in a storage unit, the identification information read by the reading means and used medicine information including the number of used medicines corresponding to the identification information. The generation means generates a code symbol obtained by coding the used medicine information.
