A plant cultivation apparatus uses an LED as a main light source and also uses deep seawater, and a multistage cultivation structure is manufactured using a soaking-type nutrient solution. Leaf vegetables are planted and cultivated in the multistage cultivation structure, and the energy required for photosynthesis is supplied to the leaf vegetables for 21 hours per a day.
