The present invention discloses a non-resilient tattooing needle and atattooing device using the same.The needle comprises a barrel, a needle body, a needle base, a firstconnecting rod and a firstconnecting part. The first connecting part of the present inventionreciprocates under an externalforce and thus drives the needle body, via the first connecting rod and theneedle base, to reciprocatelinearly in the barrel. The advantageous effects of the present invention areas below: instead ofusing a spring, a rubber band or a rubber ring to provide a resilient force,the needle of the presentinvention is driven by an external force directly which enables the needle toretract quickly； such aproblem is avoided that resilient forces diminish or even disappear after long-term use of the spring,the rubber band or the rubber ring which causes the needle cannot retract. Thepresent invention alsoprovides a tattooing device comprising an electric motor, a handle housing, asecond connecting rodand an aforementioned tattooing needle. When pushing out the needle body, theelectric motor doesnot need to work against resilient forces. Therefore, both the current andpower of the electric motorare kept stable which thereby greatly prolongs the service life thereof.
