PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem that a wind power source using a piezoelectric element cannot obtain a sufficient air flow while having a high static pressure.SOLUTION: A chassis 80 has a centrifugal blower 20A and air pumps 31, 32 and 33 arranged therein. Fragrance cartridges 41, 42 and 43 house a solid fragrance source. To inlets 411, 421 and 431 of the fragrance cartridges, air pumps 31, 32 and 33 for blowing air in the fragrance cartridges are connected. An injection unit 50A is provided with fragrance passages connected to discharge ports 412, 422 and 432 of the fragrance cartridges and air passage connected to the centrifugal blower.
