The indicator arrangement is operationally coupled to the reel so that movement of the reel relative to the housing activates the indicator arrangement. The indicator arrangement remains activated until the user manually resets the indicator arrangement. Certain types of rattle reels include a free-standing housing including an adjustable leg； a reel coupled to the housing； a power source carried by the housing； a light source carried by the housing； and a user interface member accessible for activating and deactivating the light source.
