PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sanitary shorts with leg openings in the femoral regions, achieving both the stability of fixing of a sanitary napkin, or the like, to a crotch part and the fitting property of the shorts to the femoral region when the shorts are worn, and providing an excellent sense of wearing for a wearer.
SOLUTION: The sanitary shorts have an waist opening and a pair of leg openings to be located in the femoral region when the shorts are worn. The sanitary shorts further have a girth which covers the girth of the wearer, and the crotch part 7 at the lower end of the girth astride the girth from the abdominal side to the back side of the girth. In addition, an inner crotch cloth is attached to the inner side of the girth where the crotch part 7 is layered from the abdominal side to the back side of the girth. The crotch part includes a central area 71 and side areas 72 with different extensibility from each other. The extensibility (Ecl) in the longitudinal direction of the central area 71 is lower than the extensibility (Esl) in the longitudinal direction from the abdominal side to the back side of the side areas 72.
