PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent pad for body washing, preferably usable for receiving and absorbing hot water used for body washing.SOLUTION: An absorbent pad 1 includes: an absorbent body 10 comprising a top sheet 2 arranged in a position relatively close to the body of a user, a rear face sheet 3 arranged in a position relatively far from the body of the user, and an absorbent core 40 arranged between both sheets 2, 3； and leakage-preventing cuffs 6, 6 arranged in both side parts in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 10. The absorbent core 40 has a pair of folding guide parts 45 extending along a width direction Y in a position separated from both end parts in the longitudinal direction.
