PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support body and a transferring appliance, having easy operability in place of a conventional support body and a carriage/administration appliance in transfer operation or the like of a biological tissue piece used for treatment of an epidemic, or injury and sickness of a person or an animal, and to provide a method for using the support body and the appliance.SOLUTION: In this support body for transferring the biological tissue piece liberated in a liquid, at least the surface of the support body contacting with the biological tissue piece is made of a polymer wherein properties change in response to pH. By providing the support body, the transferring appliance having the support body, and the method for using the support body and the appliance, transplantation operation of a cell culture can be extremely easily, rapidly, and certainly performed.【課題】ヒト及び動物の疾病、傷病の治療に用いる生体組織片の移送操作などにおいて、従来の支持体や運搬投与器具に代わる、簡便な操作性を有する支持体および移送用器具、ならびに前記支持体および器具の使用方法を提供する。【解決手段】液体中に遊離した生体組織片を移送するための支持体であって、生体組織片に接触する前記支持体の少なくとも表面が、ｐＨに応答して性状が変化するポリマーによって構成されている、前記支持体および該支持体を有する移送用器具、ならびに前記支持体および器具の使用方法の提供により、細胞培養物の移植操作を極めて簡便、迅速、かつ確実に行うことを可能とした。【選択図】 図１
