PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PTP (press through package) cassette 10 capable of aligning and storing various sheets of PTP packaged tablets 8 and the like with a wide range of widths while preventing a side plate from being obstructive at the time of aligning and storing.SOLUTION: A PTP cassette 10 comprises aligning and storing parts 11, 13 and 17 for holding sheets of PTP packaged tablets 8 in a state of laying the sheets horizontally and stacking the same up vertically, and a sequentially discharging mechanism 15 for moving the lowermost sheet of PTP packaged tablets 8 forward by contacting a movable member 15a thereto at a position of an inner bottom member 13, and is configured to feed the sheets of PTP packaged tablets 8 transversely in order from the lowermost ones and discharge the same from a discharge port 12 toward the front. The aligning and storing parts 11, 13 and 17 are provided with a right side plate 17 (the only side plate) but not with a left side plate. The right side plate 17 is inclined toward the right side with respect to the vertical plane, and the inner bottom member 13 is inclined toward the right side with respect to the horizontal plane.
